Frenchies to the World Cup

Thanks to a National lottery organised by Touch France, all players selected to represent their country are off to the Touch World next month ... cheap!

Touch France developed a country-wide lottery and for every book of tickets sold by a player, a considerable amount of the income was credited to the individual. This system reduced the overall cost of participation to representatives.
Players with exceptional sales skills (in addition to their Touch skills), have managed to finance their entire tour cost using this system ... that means a free trip to Scotland! Participation in the lottery was optional, but most chose to be involved.
There is little doubt that the commitment to selling lottery tickets reduced the direct financial burden on players and other participants alike.
Thanks were passed from Touch France to their friendly printer Olivier Gritti from Toulon, who printed the tickets on a complimentary basis, dedicating his time and expertise in the production process.
The First Prize was a fully paid trip for two to Edinburgh to witness the Touch World Cup Finals on 26th June 2011. The prize was won by a couple from Grenoble.
