Opening Ceremony Postponed

Due to the less than pleasant weather in Edinburgh today the Federation have taken the decision to postpone tonights Opening Ceremony.
This in an important part of the event and arrangements will be advised to all nations as to how the ceremony will be rescheduled in due course.
